Day Four:  Monte Stella or Mountain of the Sea, as it is known, is one of the dominant mountains in the area rising to 1,100m.  Today we will ascend the mountain, the walk taking about two hours up and two hours down.  From the summit you will see breathtaking views from Palinuro in the South to the Amalfi Coast in the North. You will get a 360 degree stunning view of the National Park.  The Cilento area is renowned for its Olive Oil and today a well-earned lunch will be served at the local olive oil producing farm.  The farm employs local chefs who will cook samples of the cilento cuisine using local produce, grown here, including aubergines, chickpeas, artichokes, olives in addition to cuts of meat from wild boar.
